Respect™ unified Sales Management

Which is more critical to your organization's success-sales or service? Both. Personalized service opens the door for a personalized sales effort. Respect unified Sales Management (uSM) is a software system for organizing the entire sales and service process across the enterprise. 

Delivering the benefits of the KIVA Respect 7 open technology platform (i.e. reduced costs, shorter implementation time and maximum flexibility for integration with all of your existing customer/member information sources), uSM is comprised of the following core functions. Sales & Service Desktop

This desktop provides a browser based GUI that includes scripted service messages, customized account alerts, personalized marketing messages, sales performance status, and access to product information. Customer/member information from the host and new account set-up applications are accessible on the desktop as well as document management functions to address compliance and transaction fulfillment. Combined with a sales approach, the uSM desktop provides a unified process for strategic sales and service delivery.

Customer & Prospect Profiles

You can't serve your customers/members well if you don't know them well. Our system delivers user-friendly screens that present a summary of information about each person, their accounts, contact history, issue management history and sales opportunities; you can also incorporate personalized messages for service reps, customers/members or prospects. Other features provide additional support for MRM strategies to target market segments, execute product campaigns and focus on member preferences. All information contained in each profile is updated on a real-time basis through integration with legacy applications, a corporate CIF, MCIF or other data sources.

Contact History Database

Of course, you must also be able to easily track the details of each customer/member interaction with the institution; this data is centrally stored in the Respect 7 central database and combined with CIF, MCIF and data from other 3rd party sources to streamline service delivery, identify sales opportunities and personalize marketing messages.  With uSM, you can provide authorized employees quick access to this key information so that they can follow up on customer/member service or open sales opportunities-without repetitive and embarrassing reviews.

With this essential capability, you can bring the power of the entire organization to your customer/member. Access to people with special knowledge can quickly resolve problems or help close new business. That's why we enable you to create ticklers, alerts and automatic escalation up through your organization's hierarchy, to ensure that follow-up occurs as scheduled following the rules that you establish and can personalize based on the issue, the customer/member or the opportunity. 

unified Wrapper

This distinct component 'wraps' around your existing desktop applications to present in a single dashboard all the sales and service functions (i.e. customer relationship profiles, personal messages, referrals, etc.) your customer/member service representative and tellers need to enhance and/or expand relationships-without disrupting those applications.
