Respect™ unified Teller

unified Teller is made up of four components:

Monetary Functions

This encompasses the complete range of mission-critical teller functions (i.e. deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash management, etc.) in both online and off-host situations. It also features a number of administrative functions, such as security enforcement, transaction authorization, and maintenance of journal files, cash controls and other branch information. Monetary's base transaction sets provide a comprehensive foundation or design point for developing custom solutions for all branch automation requirements.

unified Wrapper

This distinct component 'wraps' around other Microsoft and Web applications to present in a single desktop the key information (i.e. customer relationship profiles, sales, service and personal messages, sales referrals, a individual performance, etc.) that tellers need to operate with greater efficiency and provide more personalized customer service.

unified Staff Profile (uSP)

uSP enables institutions to establish organizational hierarchies, rights, privileges and authorizations-the crucial online security protocols.

This software enables you to easily integrate the teller function as part of your overall customer sales and service delivery strategy-tellers are your front line. Equip them to enhance and expand customer relationships with each interaction by giving them the ability to log service requests, present personalized sales and service messages and generate product referrals.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

By allowing single sign-on to multiple applications, this component streamlines information access and provides easy integration with Active Directory.
